Here’s a song that didn’t make the cut for my new CD, which is coming out March 28. It’s a song I wrote in about 1988 on a solo camping trip in the BWCA. Not sure why I was thinking about cows at the time. I do remember I was thinking about those signs that used to appear outside of dairy farms that said “Registered Holsteins” with a picture of a cow. Musicians on this are Quillan Roe (bass), Angie Talle (vocals), Sean Egan (clarinet), Levi Stugelmeyer (drums), Dave Strahan (guitar). Erik Brandt produced it and might have played on it too. Levi recorded it. http://www.reverbnation.com/brettlarson/song/20085384-holsteins
